What we have learned from Vida Sales about this newest building complex that is under construction east of the Residence Tower:
- This newest Grand Luxxe Residence Club tower complex is called Tower 5, or the "Butterfly Building".
- The building now under construction is the first of four buildings.
- When completed, the complex will take the shape of a butterfly, hence the reason for the name.
- Completion of the first building is scheduled for November, 2016, not in November, 2015, which was the estimated completion date provided in Novmeber, 2014.
- All towers making up the Butterfly Building will be nine stories.
- The building under construction as of March 27, 2015 will be rectangular in shape.
- It will have a large rooftop pool for all guests in the Butterfly Building and maybe other Luxxe members as well.
- The building will house 180 units made up of two new categories of units offered by the Grand Luxxe Residence Club.
- Twenty will be 2 story Loft 1 BR Residence units (~ 1,600 sf) located on the top floor just below the Rooftop Pool.
- One hundred and sixty will be Luxxe Loft Studio units (~ 1,050 sf) located on the floors below the top floor.
- Decks for all units will be facing approximately the same directions as the Luxxe Villa and Suite decks in Tower 1.
- Units in the "Butterfly" sections of the tower are yet to be determined, will be years away and may include Loft 3 Bedroom Residences and two new categcries of units called 2 Bedroom Residences at the Grand Luxxe and 3 Bedroom Residences at the Grand Luxxe.

These two additions to the Grand Luxxe Residence Club expand options for everyone. Although we do not know the financial aspects, these units represent interesting "starter" units for new members of the Grand Luxxe Residence Club as well as refinements for existing Grand Luxxe Residence Club members. Also, it is possible these units will be interesting to golfers since they will be convenient to the golf courses and the swimming pool will be an elevator ride away.
