The blue, squiggley lines you see in the above photo are land view areas in Google earth. You can actually see the terraine and surroundings and houses and cars and all that stuff. Lot's of fun!
The blue lines reach only about half way to Vidanta's East Cape property. Too bad, because it would be very cool to see that area from a ground view, up close and personal.

The above view shows a closer view of the plan. Grand Luxxe Suites and Villas, SPA towers and Residence units are planned. Keep in mind, plans are just that. They change as the development evolves. But what does not change is the topography. This property is in hilly terraine with vineyards, a mission, pastures and meadows. Also, plans call for gondolas that will take guests from the village center to golf courses, nature parks, vineyards, and the parking area.
There may be a large lagoon on the property. We can see it in the architect's rendering, but management has to make many, many, many decisions before a usable lagoon appears at East Cape. Yes, we would love to see it happen. But.....
