There are only 14 Luxxe Presidential Villas located in the Presidential Punta building. This building is located at the mouth of the Ameca River on Grupo Vidanta's Nuevo Vallarta property, and it opened on November 11, 2011.This photo was taken on November 18, 2011 by Bob and Mary Ann.
Located only on Grupo Vidanta's Nuevo Vallarta property in Nayarit, Mexico, Luxxe Presidential Villas are three bedroom units, which owners can use all at once or split into two separate units. The names of the smaller, separate units are the Exclusive Master Villa, which is the two bedroom unit, and the Exclusive Villa, which is a one bedroom unit.
Luxxe Presidential units are generally used by owners for extended periods of time. However, occasionally, a smaller unit will become available for vacation rental use and be listed here. If they do become available, it is a good idea to rent it. These are the top of the line now, and the experience could be memorable.

Grand Luxxe Master Villa - The Symbol of Luxury®
The Luxxe Master Villas are two bedroom units with approximately 2,800 square feet of living and deck space. These spacious, luxurious accommodations are currently located in two towers along the Ameca River in Nuevo Vallarta, which is in the state of Nayarit, Mexico and one, three story, triangular shaped "pod" (our word) at the Grupo Vidanta property at the Riviera Maya region of the state of Quintana Roo.The Luxxe Master Villa floor plan features large living and dining areas, a kitchen area (The kitchen includes nearly everything but a dishwasher and an oven.), two large bedrooms, a half bath and a large deck with a dipping pool. Members LOVE the decks, regardless of whether they are on the ocean side or have easterly views. Additionally, all members like opening the accordion doors. These span the width of the living area, which is about 20 feet and give the space an open, airy feeling. Wow!
Luxxe Master Villas = The Luxxe Villa + The Luxxe Junior Villa, which when used together, make a single two bedroom unit. The Luxxe Villa is a one bedroom unit with a large living, kitchen and deck area, and the Luxxe Junior Villa is a Lock Off bedroom unit with a den-like area with a couch that makes into a bed. Access to the bath area in the Luxxe Junior Villa is through two private entrances, so the living area actually becomes a third bedroom.
