Over fifty of our viewers have contributed photos and videos. They have helped us all better understand the purchase we all have made. Thanks goes out to everyone who has participated.

Videos are terrific. We have seen videos from several members, and they have increased our feeling of the subject matter and conditions of the property at the time of the video. Great to see the RCI videos too.

Photos and videos from viewers are gifts. It takes time to take the photos, review them for relevance and send them in. Without the wonderful contributions from everyone, we all would be relying on words.....and lots of them. Thank goodness we have active fellow owners.

2012-11-14bobjones We learned the Presidential Punta Infinity Pool is now being covered with dirt. Quite a surprise to us. We speculated that all the Presidential Punta pools would remain in tact. Will the pools with the swim-up bars also be covered? No need for heat now....

La Plaza will become another hub of activity. It will look out over lagoons and the ocean and be beautiful when finished. The SPA Pools will become another center of activity and part could open soon. What fun!!

New Year's Eve at Grupo Vidanta's property at Nuevo Vallarta was spectacular. Fireworks displays appeared up and down the shores of Bahia de Banderas. It all started with candle lit lanterns and ended with bursts of color and sounds. Great fun!
