The Estates - Nuevo Vallarta - Update

The Estates and Jungle Estates are the newest high end option for members of the Grand Luxxe Residence Club to consider. Discussions have been swirling about for the past two years, members have made advance payments, contracts are being discussed, floor plans are being finalized and locations are becoming known. You can view the article by tapping the following link: The EstatesWe recently were made aware of photos taken by third parties who visited Nuevo Vallarta in August, 2018, and the photographer has given his permission to use them. They are definitely interesting and conform with what we have learned from Google Earth.

Google Earth image as of 1-14-17. Note the white chalk lines indicating an outline of a possible building foundation. Not sure if that is correct, but it certainly appears that way.

These photos suggest the Nuevo Vallarta Estates complexes will be located between the Ameca River and the Norman Driving course range. Although there may be facilities built closer to the ocean, it does not seem the current trend supports that plan. Since the work that has taken place so far has spanned two years and is still not finished, it is reasonable to expect a second phase, if there is one, to be completed in four more years. Total speculation and completely unverified;
So, it will be fun to see how this project proceeds and how additional projects expand on the south side of the Ameca River.
