Hotel building skeletons are in place. The area in the Park area is expanding. Most recent activity is near the Ameca River, where considerable dredging is taking place. Interesting to see what this area becomes. Stay tuned...

There was no hint in February, 2016 that there would be man made lagoons between the Hotel construction site and the Ameca River. Now we know differently, but we still don't know what will actually be there. Remember the lagoon on the north side of towers 2, 3 and 4? Gondolas would take us from the Spatium to the Punta.
The hotel structures are now in place and can be seen from the highway, the rooftop pool at the Residence and the Mercado in La Plaza.

This photo was taken in April, 2018. One of the hotels is getting a facelift. Who knows what it will become. Stay tuned.
What will actually be located at this area that is being dredged? Only time will tell.

It has taken from March, 2017 to January, 2018 to create the outline of an area covered by water. There is a lot of dirt being taken from the dredging areas and being deposited near the new Tower Six. Trucks and bulldozers were raising the height of the ground by maybe 10' to 12'.
