Nuevo Valarta Update from Dale
July 10, 2015
Dale's update follows Jim's by about two weeks and work continues. It will be exciting to see the finished product! Following are Dale's photos with short commentary:THE GOLF COURSE AND BRIDGE TO THE GREG NORMAN COURSE: All holes at the Nicklaus course were open when Dale left last week. The course is in great shape. In addition, the Greg Norman course is coming along. The back nine is being seeded with hopes of strong growth throughout the summer. The bridge to the course is coming along too, and it will be quite a sight when completed.

TOWER FIVE HAS FIVE FLOORS TO GO AND THE SPATIUM IS COMPLETE. Construction of Tower Five is moving along rapidly. Many workers are on the job, trying to meet their deadline of a November, 2016 opening. We are told Tower Five is but one of four buildings that ultimately will make up a structure called the Butterfly Building.
According to comments from the sales personnel, this first building will be comprised of 180 units, 160 of which will be Luxxe Studio “Loft” units that will be approximately 1,050 SF and the top floor will be made up of 20, two story, one bedroom Loft units. In addition, this building will have a very large rooftop pool.

OVERVIEW FROM GRAND BLISS SALES DECK. The view from the Grand Bliss Sales Deck is terrific, as always, and show off some interesting changes. First is the very large entry area that is now very obvious. Next, the original entry area does not appear to be in use. Note the cobble stones in the front parking area of the Santuario appears to be planted. What will the Santuario become, if anything different.

THE APPROACHING STORM. Dale experienced a storm......a big one. Fun to see what he saw and how it developed. Dale took a cart to Tower One at 7 PM to see what was going on. It was like a ghost town, even though all the restaurants and towers seemed open to him. Good occupancy during the week, but not a sole was there at 7 PM during the storm.
