Tower 5A - State of Its Construction Progress

Tower 5 is now called Tower 5A. The Sales Department is stating there will be nine buildings associated with Tower 5A. There is no construction timetable given, which is understandable. It is also understandable that future construction plans be discussed at this time. It seems logical to provide plans for the entire area.

Tower 5A will have nine floors of living units and a swimming pool facility on the top floor:

• One hundred and forty Luxxe Studio Lofts, with approximately 1,080 SF, with a single room with a step down transition from the bedroom area to the living area, and which will be located on floors One through Seven.
• Twenty Residence 1 BR, 2 story Lofts, with approximately 1,600 SF of living and deck space will occupy the 8th-9th floor, with twenty units per floor. These units will have a kitchen, two full bathrooms and an upstairs Master bed and bath area.

The latest estimated completion date is January, 2017, if not earlier.

It is clear there will be another building constructed on the east end of Tower 5A because the linking tower is under construction now. What is not clear is how many additional towers will be built and what their configuration will be. Definitely will have to.....stay tuned....

Property Views

The property is changing. The Bliss Tower located near the old entrance is slowly coming to a finish. It is very likely the Bliss guests will have their own pools and restaurants. These improvements should evolve in the coming years, if not sooner.

Bliss Area - Still under construction.

More construction could be coming after the completion of Tower 5A. Members are being told there will be a total of nine towers in a grouping that begins with Tower 5A.

Note the transition between Tower 5A and 5B. This is now under construction on the east end of Tower 5A. Tower 5B construction has likely begun witht the pouring of the foundation footings. Look for construction noise and activity - 2017 after the opening of Tower 5A.

Then, there is the possibility of an Executive Golf Course north of the SPA Towers and Towers 3A and B.



There are other areas of interest too. One is the possibility of a taxi stand between Tower 5A and the Residence Tower.

The Greg Norman Course - the bridge is lighted now and quite spectacular at night.

Residence at the Grand Luxxe Living and Kitchen Areas

The Residence at the Grand Luxxe is a four bedroom, approximately 6,000 square foot second home. The appointments are beautiful and the kitchen is fully loaded. Also included is the much needed washer - dryer combination. Fewer clothes are needed, and traveling is lighter.
