The Estates - Virtual Tour

On February 19, 2019, Grupo Vidanta posted a virtual tour of the three floor plans in the Estates Division. These are:- Four Bedroom
- Two Bedroom
- One Bedroom
- Three bedroom = the combination of a one bedroom with a two bedroom unit under one contract.
The Estates will be available in both Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Maya. It is also speculated that they will be available at the new East Cape property north of San Jose del Cabo by about 45 minutes. These are touted to be the most luxurious of all units offered by Grupo Vidanta. Based upon the virtual tours, they very well could be.

The final configuration of the development has not been announced. Also, there are plans for Estates Division suites in Riviera Maya and East Cape as well. More wonderful options for everyone to consider.
The first structure is currently under construction in the state of Jalisco, across the Ameca River from the Luxxe Towers in Nuevo Vallarta. It is unclear at this time whether other Estates structures will be a series of three building "pods" or some other combination of buildings. Regardless, following is the first structure, and it may be ready for occupancy by the end of 2019.
