GRUPO VIDANTA AND CIRQUE DU SOLEIL WILL REVOLUTIONIZE ENTERTAINMENT IN MEXICO

Recently, Grupo Vidanta reported that, in addition to the business restructuring that Cirque du Soleil is carrying out, the association they have developed in different projects is still contemplated.
“We are very proud to be close collaborators with Cirque du Soleil and will continue to work as two families, united with the aim of bringing Mexico captivating entertainment experiences of the highest quality,” said Daniel Chávez, founder of Grupo Vidanta.
Tentatively, between 2021 and 2022, Vallarta · Nayarit visitors will enjoy The Parks, the new theme park of Grupo Vidanta and Cirque du Soleil.
This new concept of family vacations, which construction was begun in 2015, will fuse luxury with imagination, creating a fantastic world where adventures will come to life through immersive attractions and interactive shows. This theme park will also include The Cascades and Kingdom of the Sun resorts.
Designed on 116 acres by the companies LEGACY Entertainment and MR-ProFun, it is said that The Parks concept will have a capacity between 3,000 and 5,000 people.
This project, whose total investment is estimated at 3.5 billion USD, would have a second phase called Vidanta Senses Park, which will feature lush gardens and recreational activities that include hiking trails, farm animal interactions, zip lines and obstacle courses, among many others. Its central theme will be based on nature and agriculture.
According with the entertainment concepts presented, Vidanta Senses Park could include a junior coaster and carousel. This phase will be located east of Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta complex and connected by land and water, as well as by the spectacular gondola system called Vidanta SkyDream.
