The Estates in Jalisco, Mexico has a new "Pod". LaVidaLoca has shared photos he took during the Holiday Season. It looks like the new Pod has reduced the size of the 4 BR Estates unit from a Loft-like structure to a single story structure. If this is true, the question becomes what will the new 4 BR Estates be called. Following are his photos. Enjoy!Pod #1 - The 4 Bedroom units are on the ends of these units. The 1 BR and 2 BR units are closer to the center of the Pod.
The new Pod seems to have single floor, 4 Bedroom units like the 4 Bedroom Residence units.
The Administration Building is on the south side of the property near the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
LaVidaLoca is an Estates owner. His family was greated with a welcome gift when he checked in to the resort.
The Estates project in Jalisco is lagging behind. Amenities are not complete, and they may be finished by the end of May or early June. The trouble is most members visit Nuevo Vallarta and Jalisco during the winter months. Consequently, the Estates Pods will not likely be open until November, 2021, when the next season begins.
