The newest restaurant on Grupo Vidanta's property at Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico is called Azur. It is a French themed restaurant with great ambiance. Deck seating is a must and the ocean views are fantastic. The food is terrific and the wait staff is learning to manage the food delivery process.
