October 24, 2017
The third volume, Winter edition, 2017 of Vidanta Traveler - Spanish Version outlined The Estates configurations. It appears there will be five separate floor plans with names. Consider the following:"They say that when one escapes one finds oneself. But nowadays it is difficult to know where to escape-to discover virgin land. A space that is not saturated. A clear calm in the middle of the noise and the concrete. A place that is away from the hustle and bustle of your life. A place where tranquility surrounds you and nature blossoms. A sanctuary of his own imagination.
Next to Vidanta Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta and other destinations in the next few years, The Estates will be the most luxurious Vidanta offer in terms of vacationers so far. The concept of The Estates of characterized by independent and clustered units, located along a line of wild and resplendent jungle. Instead of separating visitors from the outside world, The Estates fully appropriates the land - combining luxury with authenticity, social with the natural."
Monarch Estates:
"Secluded by palm trees and surrounding a vast swimming area is one of the most exclusive villas in Riviera Maya. Pavilions with asymmetrical palapa roofs with teak and straw interiors form a semi circle around the shared pool, while the private pools compose each separate suite. Greeted by a lush, flowery garden at the entrance of each villa, Monarch Estates guests find shaded suites on either side of the main living and dining areas. Pointy pavilions with indirect lighting, personal pools and private outdoor showers attract visitors to the outdoors, inviting them to revel in the outdoors while enjoying the privacy that, for the moment, meant their own backyard."
Arboretum Estates:
"At 16 feet above the jungle floor, the units at Arboretum Estates offer a viewing tower from the ceiling. Glass walls and volumes with wooden panels contain separate rooms. The guests of these contemporary cabins can choose between two unique interiors: Brightly colored furniture inspired by the nature framed by walls Cumarucon ebony tones and ceilings with rope details; or a lighter style in sand tones, complete with house platforms in the tree that descend towards an infinity pool and a place for bonfires."
The Two Story Nautilus Estates:
"Being the only two-storey unit, these stone and wood houses are directly on the canal, with cantilevers on the podiums entirely of glass to offer an endless view: an optical illusion that extends to the ocean, blending the pool impeccably and the channel in a single element."
Villa Estates:
"Featuring a U-shaped design, in a more intimate community style, Villa Estates maintains privacy at the same time that it shares a path covered by a vineyard. In these units, the flat and modern ceilings are favored on the palapa. The windows from floor to ceiling open the plane towards the vegetation, so that the bedroom ends up feeling more like a garden."
Two Story, 1 BR Jungle Estates:
"Deep in the confines of the green jungle, Jungle Estates enclaves one-bedroom loft spaces that offer guests an intimate and modern retreat full of tranquility and lyjo. These elegant units have windows that go from floor to ceiling and wrap around corner, an outdoor shower and a pool in the courtyard, allowing guests to absorb the exquisite surroundings at every moment of their stay."
