The Estates Division is a new developement offered by Grupo Vidanta. Locations are in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya and East Cape so far. More are likely to be added with time.The Estates in Nuevo Vallarta/Puerto Vallarta as of June 4, 2021.

The Estates Division is completely separate from the Grand Luxxe Residence Club, so there are many rules and other benefits in one that may not apply to the other.
