Received a call from (404) 842-4243 today. Did not recognize the number, so I submitted a search for the caller. The name associated with the number is 206 Atlanta Brokers. Their website claims to have an office at 206 Mitchell St. SW, Atlanta, GA.Here is a photo of their office as of August, 2015:

We searched for the domain administrator and found the following:
The Administrator is highlighted in yellow. The company is located in Mexico and associated with 356 domains, including 206atlantabrokers.com, which expires in October, 2016.
We did not even talk to the person who called. Of course, he or she did not leave a message, so there does not seem to be interest on his or her part either.
There is a lot of interest by contract owners in selling their weeks. Age, health, loss of interest, wanting to expand beyond the areas offered by Grupo Vidanta resorts, and many other reasons for selling are cropping up. Some actually want to believe the value of their weeks has increased.
These conditions make fertile ground for scammers. We have been contacted by four that we know of, all in 2016. Needless to say, you have to be very careful. The tempation to believe someone who says he has a buyer is extremely high. Don't fall for the line. If you do, you will only loose more money, and you won't feel very good about it.
