This group of photos shows the buildings that comprise the Grand Luxxe Residence Club facilities in Nuevo Vallarta. Open buildings include the Punta, Tower 1, Tower 2, Tower 3 A and B and Tower 4 A. Towers that are under construction include Tower 4 B and Tower 5.The Punta Building has only Presidential Master Villas, which are made up of a two bedroom unit called the Exclusive Master Villa and a one bedroom unit, which is called the Exculsive Villa.
Lofts are only located on the fourth (or third, which ever way you want to look at it) floors of Towers 3 and 4. SPA Residences are only located on the fifth through nineth floors of Towers 4 A and B.
Luxxe Villas and Suites are located in Tower 1, 2, 3 A and B and 4 A and B (floors one through three).

Tower 4B is scheduled to finish construction by November, 2014 and Tower 5 should have units available during the first quarter of 2015. It certainly will be a pleasure when these two buildings and the related pool areas are complete.
