This view is on the Golf Cart Bridge looking east of Blvd. Nayarit. The bridge is open to golf cart traffic during the day. The gate has been locked after the last golfer finishes playing the east side. Use caution when using this bridge to walk to restaurants near the Marina. Taxi home at night.
This is on the Golf Cart Bridge looking west of Blvd. Nayarit. The bridge is open to golf cart traffic during the day. The gate has been locked after the last golfer finishes playing the east side. Use caution when using this bridge to walk to restaurants near the Marina. Taxi home at night.
Security is a major concern for resort management. An incident involving a golf cart crossing Blvd. Nayarit and a taxi could have been serious. As it turns out, according to one person familiar with the incident, no one was injured. Everyone dodged a bullet, as we all know how fast cars and trucks move on Blvd. Nayarit during the day and at night.
That said, members of Vidanta get the feeling that management unwittingly or knowingly tries to restrict their freedom to leave the property on foot. The Marina Nuevo Vallarta district offers restaurants, an art gallery and a theater. Many fun venues, and they are all accessible by foot.

Well, we went to Porto Bello and Blue Shrimp over past 2 nights. Had no trouble walking out over golf bridge at sunset. Both restaurants were busy. Both had good service and good food. Took a cab home.
